Alextra.com is the premier online document management service for small and medium sized businesses. The successful individual will be responsible for building and leading the alextra.com sales team. This includes generating new business, driving strategic, multi-tiered sales to small businesses, forecasting sales activity and
managing a sales team. The individual will be expected to recruit and sustain,satisfied repeat customers, run tele-marketing campaigns and develop a sales strategy.
We are looking for an individual with at least 10 years sales experience, preferably with experience with an Internet startup. The individual will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability and capacity to work multiple projects and experience managing a team. He/she will have a proven track record for achieving goals above quotas and have a good understanding of Internet and web

Skills: Application Developers have 0-2 year(s) of experience. They also have a working knowledge of HTML and databases, and familiarity with data structures. Cross-platform experience is a big plus.
