All the equipment is located in a professionally managed data center housed in high security buildings. Equipment is housed in 19" air conditioned racks and is monitored 24hrs a day 365 days a year by CCTV and trained staff. Staff only have access by key card entry.

SSL - Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
Passwords - Your passwords are stored using a one-way encrypting algorithm that means that your password can only be checked, not read.
Certificates - Alextra.com uses certificates assured by Thawte so that you can verify the authenticity of information being transferred to your computer. We use certificates for uploading and viewing documents in your document library.
